The Beginner’s Course is designed for students who are new to yoga. We understand that each student has different strengths and weaknesses, and will be more able in some poses and movements than others.
Classes are taught at a pace that is accessible, steady and supportive – appropriate for beginners.
Each class will be well balanced, strengthening and relaxing and will provide you a glimpse into the deeper transformational aspects that a consistent and long-term practice can offer.
These classes are designed to build your foundations so that you can safely progress into General Level classes with confidence.
