Beginner Iyengar Yoga Courses
8-WEEK BEGINNER 1 COURSE
Our Beginner Course teaches the fundamental understanding of the Iyengar method and focuses on core asanas that form the foundation for all asana practice. Designed for students new to Iyengar or those wishing to refresh their practice, this course follows a cumulative pattern over 8 consecutive weeks.
The series is structured to suit all ages and levels of fitness, making yoga accessible and beneficial to everyone. Each class offers an introduction into the precision and alignment of asana work and how to incorporate props safely and appropriately.
This pass gives access to all 8 classes in the series and UNLIMITED access to Open Level Studio Classes for the duration of the course.

6-WEEK BEGINNER 2 COURSE

The Beginner 2 Course is for students who have already completely the Beginner Course and feel ready to move onto the next level.
In this course, students will continue to develop the awareness of how the body moves within each asana. Building upon the postures learned in the Beginner Course, students will be offered safe guidance through variations and deeper levels of asana work to further understand the practice of Iyenger Yoga.
