Come and join Sylvia for an 8-week yoga course in term 3.

With a mix of asana, breathing and meditation techniques, guided relaxation, and plenty of games, each session will bring a sense of play, focus, and calm to your child's day while teaching them self-confidence and inner happiness.
Offered on Wednesdays afternoons to bring a gentle slowing down into their mid-week after the busyness of school; and creating a restorative, balanced energy.
For Sylvia, yoga isn’t just practiced on the mat. With a life long dedication to yoga and meditation, her passion is to bring this daily practice to children from an early age and offer a sense of calm and balance to their busy and active lives.
With over 1500 hours of teacher training, Sylvia has been specialising in children’s yoga for over 10 years, alongside yin and chair yoga.
