September's Workshop is all about Headstand.
In this 3 hour workshop, we will spend time focusing on the preparatory asanas to safely guide you into confidently inverting into Sirsasana and refine your headstand and begin to explore the variations of leg positioning within your practice.
Sirsasana works to strengthen lung capacity, spine and core, while releasing stress and anxiety, and steadying the mind.

SALAMBA SARVANGASANA (SHOULDERSTAND)
October's Workshop is all about the Shoulderstand.
In this 3 hour workshop, we will work through the different options and levels of Shouldstand and how to safely support your neck and spine to extend into full Salamba Sarvangasana.
This practice works at toning and strengthening legs and buttocks while creating a deep stretch into shoulders and neck. Sarvangasana is beneficial for both digestion and fatigue and softens the brain.

PINCHA MAYURASANA (FOREARM BALANCE)
November's Workshop is all about Forearm Balance.
In this 3 hour workshop, we will spend time on shoulder opening and baby backbends to build up through the levels to Pincha Mayurasana.
Practicing Pincha brings balance into your core and mind. Strengthens shoulders and arms while giving a deep stretch into the abdomen, neck, and chest.
