In this one-to-one yoga session or small group of no more than three students you receive specific personalised instruction, which encourages a deeper understanding of your class work and personal yoga development.
These Yoga Sessions are suitable for all levels of yoga students, except the absolute beginner.
Whether you are looking to rehabilitate after an injury or illness, or need support and direction to intensify your practice and understanding; a personal session can offer an in-depth experience
