Senior Classes

 

Senior classes are intended for students aged 55 and above.

These classes are suitable for students new to Yoga.

 The classes provide a safe space for students looking for an effective way to improve their physical health and overall wellness.

The moving of the body consciously brings mobility and stability. 

In these classes, the student builds balance, courage, and strength.
