Our next Intensive starts on Monday 4th October and runs for 5 consecutive mornings from 5:45-7:45 am.
These Intensives are a great way to get back into the new term and jump-start your practice after time off.
Designed to attend all 5 classes, the Intensive builds upon the previous day's teaching, culminating in a deeply nourishing week of practice.

Our Christmas Intensive starts on Monday 13th December and runs for 5 consecutive mornings from 5:45-7:45 am.
This Intensive is a great way to end the year on a high and give your body that additional support before the festive season begins.
Intensives build day by day, developing one's understanding of their method, and resulting in a week to reflect on the year and dig a little deeper into your practice.
