This pass gives access to many classes over the eight-week period of the course.
The pass includes Saturday Beginner Classes,  Monday Beginner Classes
PLUS UNLIMITED open studio classes*
To make the most of the course try to attend either one Saturday or the Monday of that same week so the content of the course is of benefit to you.
AND make the most of the unlimited open class pass to continue practicing what you learn on Saturdays and Mondays.
If you're new to yoga or the Iyengar method, join our Beginner Course starting soon! The Beginner Course teaches the fundamental understanding of the Iyengar method and focuses on core asanas that form the foundation for all asana practice. Designed for students new to Iyengar or those wishing to refresh their practice, this course follows a cumulative pattern over 8 consecutive weeks.
The series is structured to suit all ages and levels of fitness, making yoga accessible and beneficial to everyone. Each class offers an introduction to the precision and alignment of asana work and how to incorporate props safely and appropriately.

West End Yoga provides mats and props, however, you are welcome to bring along your own.
